Ordering Uniforms for Fall 2008

Based on good customer service in the past and reports from several teams, the Challengers preferred supplier for uniforms is Soccer2000 in Downers Grove (136 Ogden Avenue).  We have been given a great price on our new uniform, and Brian Koenig (Team Sales Manager, 630.241.9500 x11, bkoenig@soccer2k.com) has been very helpful in coordinating this offer.  We have arranged for the following uniform, in red & white, with the following pricing (not including tax):

In addition, Soccer2000 is offering a special deal if we have 5 or more teams ordering from them.  When we hit 5 teams, Soccer2000 will provide each team with 5 game balls worth $25 each.  Plus, you will receive 10% off of other gear/equipment when mentioning the Challengers name.

The first is an individual order form for each parent to fill out for their player(s) and submit to the team manager.  Then there is a master order form that the manager will use for your team.  This form should be taken to Brian at Soccer2000 along with a deposit (he won't need the individual forms....keep them on file).

For the boys teams in particular, I would recommend getting these orders to Brian within the next week.  We're already running short on time for the Seeding Tournaments to be held in August, so the sooner the better.
