I don't know if I've made it clear but everyone should be checking all your games for the entire season, every week, for errors.  Still you need to re check the game later as a ref can cancell up to 72 hours before a game.  So your game's ref status can change day to day.   

Please give as much notice about a game change as possible. If the oposing team wants to make a late optional game change remind them that they can forfit or they can cover our costs for making that change. MORE

Ample notice allows us to correct the problem in enough time that the game will still be covered. It seems like we've been having a lot of last minute changes and it makes it hard on everyone, especially the refs. The refs sign up for a game and when the game gets changed to a day or time that is a conflict for them, they end up losing out and there isn't another game for them to pick up. I've received emails from upset refs and I don't blame them. You don't know with the economic situation the way it is, this could be a second income for them and they are dependent on making so much a week. So, please everyone check all your games for the rest of the season and let me know if there are any errors ASAP.

Here is how to see if you have a referee scheduled:
after you go to www.refscheduler.net  you can get into the system by doing the following:

enter organization type - USSF, continue

enter state-IL

enter district - 0, continue

club - KSC, log in                           http://www.refscheduler.net/Soccer/Login2.asp

Also, the ref assignors have requested we standardize our AR fees:

U10 and below $12

U11-U12 $15

U13-U14 $20

U15 and above $25

When the U14's go to 15 in the Spring, AR payments will go to $25. In the past we have sugguested putting cash in 5 envelopes so they are done ahead of time and you are not scrambling on game day.
