To clean up our main field permit blog entry I am archiving most of the resolved requests below. This is for records only it is not another place to initiate requests.

At this point all time has been given out for block permitting purposes and I will not know availability until after I get all boys/girls schedules from all clubs. I know that the IWSL wants all changes within the next couple days but that is not possible at this time unless those changes fall within your block permits. Please let me know if you have any questions.

After the meeting what people can do is proof thier requests that will be posted tonight on this blog. Also some teams have requested games 9/21 when there are not referees available. You are billed for all the lighted time at $35 an hour requardless of how long your game goes. Doing the math for a lighted field for 75 min you bill should be max out at $113.75 total including 75 min game and 2 hours max of lights. If the game starts early or your shut the lights down early you bill MAY be lower.

The lights cost $35 per hour and once I have approved the lit field date and time you do not have to worry about it. I will set the lights to turn on/off at the appropriate times.

I knew Brock would not be able to get back to us until this week with all the clubs he has to do. So I submitted to him and also have our opposing game clubs checking to see if we can play our "home" games on their fields. I can give you a game number, but I cannot be positive that will be the actual game we will replace if Brock has a field for us. That particular team may respond back to me first and say they have their field available for that particular game, thus applying the field Brock may give us to the second opposing team requesting to change game dates. I thought it would be less headache to actually acquire the field first. Please call me to clarify this.

        There does seem to be quite a bit of back and forth in order to reschedule a game. Unfortunately there is no perfect way to do this since you are the one talking to the opposing coach and I am the one with the schedule. The only way to avoid this is to not reschedule games which we both know is some times impossible when working with so many schedules.
